General returns:

You may return the product you purchased and request a refund for any reason within twenty (20) days of the day you received the product.

To do this, you must write to us (via email at info@joehawkinsbogota.com, or via WhatsApp at +57 3103280087) stating that you would like to make a return and which product you wish to return, and we will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the initially purchased product and the refund.

Joe Hawkins does not cover shipping costs for returned products. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund for the total amount of the original order (the processing time varies according to the timeframes established by payment platforms and banking institutions). Returned products must have their original tags and be in perfect condition.

Returns due to manufacturing defects.

Our products have a thirty (30) day warranty for manufacturing defects, starting from the day you receive your order.

You must send us an email to info@joehawkinsbogota.com, or via WhatsApp at +57 310328008, indicating your name, the issue with the product, and attaching photos of the product, and we will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the initially purchased product.

You must send us the product, and once received and the manufacturing defect is verified, Joe Hawkins will reimburse you for the shipping cost and the total value of the original order. If we determine that the damage does not correspond to a manufacturing defect, we will not be responsible for the shipping cost.

This process only applies in the event of a manufacturing error. Joe Hawkins is not responsible for damage to products caused after purchase. In any case, the product must be in good condition (except, of course, for the damage prompting the exchange or return) and must be delivered with the original tags.

*Joe Hawkins is not responsible for damage to or loss of products sent by the customer to Joe Hawkins for returns. Any such event will be the responsibility of the buyer.
