General exchanges and returns.

Changes:

If you want to change your product, or you want to change the size of the one you bought, you can do so within thirty (30) days after the purchase (or the day you received the product, if it is an online purchase). You can go directly to our store with the product (you must have the tags, please!) And the invoice, and make the change.

If you are outside of Bogotá, or you simply cannot go to our store, you can write to us (at info@joehawkinsbogota.com , or by WhatsApp at +57 3103280087) telling us that you want to change a product, and for which and in what size (check the online catalog for this), and we will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the initially purchased product and the new product you want.

The change can be made for products of less, equal or greater than the value originally purchased. In the case of a lower value product, we will give you a voucher whose value will correspond to the difference in value between one product and the other. In the case of a higher value product, you will have to pay the surplus.

In the case of changes that require the shipment of the initially purchased product, you will have to assume this cost directly. We assume the cost of shipping the new product, which will be sent after we receive the original purchase back (and, of course, verifying that it is in good condition).

The products that will be exchanged must have the original labels and be in perfect condition.

Returns :

You can return the product you bought and request a refund of your money, for whatever reason, within fifteen (15) days after your purchase (or the day you received the product, if it is an online purchase) .

You can go directly to our store with the product and the invoice to request a return. If you are outside of Bogotá, or simply cannot go to our store, you can write to us (by email to info@joehawkinsbogota.com, or by WhatsApp at +57 3103280087) telling us that you want to make a return and what product you want to return, and we We will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the initially purchased product and the return of the money.

In the case of returns that require shipping of the initially purchased product, this cost must be borne directly. The refund of the money will be made once we receive the product and verify its status.

The products to be returned must have the original labels and be in perfect condition.

Exchanges and returns by factory default.

Our products are guaranteed for thirty (30) days for manufacturing defects, counted from the day of purchase or from the day you received them, in the case of an online purchase. In this case, you can make an exchange for another product or request a refund of your money.

You must take the product to our premises and bring the invoice, or in case you cannot, or you are outside Bogotá, you can write us an email to info@joehawkinsbogota.com, or by WhatsApp at +57 310328008, indicating your name, the problem with the product and attaching photos of the product, and we will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the initially purchased product for review.

Joe Hawkins will bear the cost of shipping the initially purchased product. If it is an exchange, we assume the cost of shipping the new product, which will be sent after we receive the original purchase back.

We will only proceed with these changes in the case of an obvious factory error. Joe Hawkins is not responsible for post-purchase product damage. In any case, the product must be in good condition (except, of course, the damage that motivates the exchange or return) and must be delivered with the original labels.
