General returns:

You can return the product you purchased and request a refund of your money, for whatever reason, within twenty (20) days after the day you received the product.

For this you must write to us (by email to info@joehawkinsbogota.com, or by WhatsApp at +57 3103280087) telling us that you want to make a return and what product you want to return, and we will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the initially purchased product and The money refund.

 

Joe Hawkins does not bear the shipping costs for returned products. Once we receive the product, and verify its status, we will proceed to refund the money for the total amount of the original order (the time of this procedure varies according to the times established by the payment platforms and banks). The products to be returned must have the original labels and be in perfect condition.

Factory default returns.

Our products are guaranteed for thirty (30) days for manufacturing defects, counted from the day you receive your order.

You must write us an email to info@joehawkinsbogota.com, or by WhatsApp at +57 310328008, indicating your name, the problem with the product and attaching photos of the product, and we will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the initially purchased product.

You must send the product back to us and, upon receipt and verification of the manufacturing defect, Joe Hawkins will reimburse you for the cost of shipping and the full value of the original order. If we evidence that it is a damage that does not correspond to a manufacturing defect, we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping.

This will only be done in the case of a factory error. Joe Hawkins is not responsible for post-purchase product damage. In any case, the product must be in good condition (except, of course, the damage that motivates the exchange or return) and must be delivered with the original labels.
