You can return the product you bought and request a refund, for whatever reason, within twenty (20) days after the day you received the product.
For this you must write to us (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or via WhatsApp at +57 3103280087) letting us know that you want to make a return and what product you want to return, and we will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the purchased product and the refund.
Joe Hawkins does not cover the shipping costs of the returned products. Once we receive the product, and verify its status, we will proceed to refund the money for the total amount of the original order (the time of this procedure varies according to the times established by the payment platforms and banks). The products must have the original labels and be in perfect condition.
Our products have a thirty (30) day guarantee for manufacturing defects or errors, counted from the day in which you receive your order.
In this case please write to us (via email to email@example.com, or via WhatsApp at +57 310328008), indicating your name, the problem with the product and attaching photos of the product, and we will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the product.
You must send the product back to us, and upon receipt of the product and verification of the manufacturing defect, Joe Hawkins will refund the cost of shipping and the full value of the original order. If we evidence that it is a damage that does not correspond to a manufacturing defect, we will not cover the shipping cost.
This process applies only in case of manufacturing defects. Joe Hawkins is not responsible for post-purchase product damage. In any case, the product must be in good condition (except, of course, for the damage that motivates the return) and must be delivered with the original labels.
